Price-  The price of the puppy is listed with the puppy's picture.  Price is based on sex and color.  All puppies come from Champion bloodlines.  No puppy will be transferred to its new owner if it is not paid for in full.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Lay-A-Way is available, and any payments made must be in the form of cash, credit card, certified cashier's check from your bank, postal money order, or through PayPal.  NO Wire transfers, Western Union, etc.
 
Deposit-  A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve a puppy.  Payment will be accepted in the form of cash (in person), credit card, a certified cashier's check from your bank, a postal money order, or through PayPal.  ABSOLUTELY NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  Non-refundable means NON-refundable.  The only exception would be if a serious problem arises in which the puppy becomes ill or is otherwise unsuitable to be sold.  Then, and only then, the deposit will be returned to the purchaser. 
 
Shipping-  Puppies can be shipped via air transport.  The shipping charge is $250 to anywhere in the US.  Puppies are not permitted to travel until they are at least 8 weeks old.  Puppies can not be shipped if the temperature is too hot (above 85* Fahrenheit) or too cold (below 45* Fahrenheit) at any point during travel.  Puppies can not be shipped at all between May 15 and September 15 due to the extreme temperatures of summer.  A vet certificate and shipping crate will be provided at no extra charge for puppies being shipped.  Puppies will NOT be shipped by ground transportation.
 
Appointments-  You may come to our home to visit or pick your puppy.  We would LOVE to meet you and encourage you to come and choose your puppy in person, but you must make an appointment to do this.  We are a very active family with 4 children and we have lots of things going on all the time--appointments are a MUST for everything we do.  (Thank you for understanding and respecting this "rule".)
 
Age-  As a general rule, we require the puppies to reach the age of 8 weeks old before they are allowed to leave for their new homes.  However, we will make exceptions to this rule, depending on the circumstances, on a case by case basis.  Under NO circumstances will any puppy be allowed to leave our home before it has reached 6 weeks of age.  Puppies should be paid for and picked up by 10 weeks of age, with the exception of a holiday or special occassion in which you want your puppy to be a surprise for someone.  In that case, we LOVE surprises and would be glad to assist you by keeping your puppy here a little longer.
 
Contract-  Upon entering into an agreement for purchase, you must first sign and return to us a deposit contract.  If Lay-A-Way or payment arrangements are made, we will have a contract for that depending on the terms we agree to.  When final payment is made in person and puppy is picked up, an original contract (which can be found on this website) will be signed and all parties will receive a copy.  For puppies being shipped, the contract must be signed and returned prior to shipping.  All forms can be faxed back to us at (601) 766-0757.  This is a dedicated fax line and documents can be sent any time.  (* If there is anything you do NOT agree with in any of the contracts/forms, please do not sign.  It is a binding contract and all parties involved will be held to it. If there are other details you may want added or modified according to your personal preference, we are certainly willing to negotiate an amicable contract for all parties.*)
