FORDSBULLDOGS warranties our puppies against genetic defects for 1 year. Genetic defects are hip dysplasia and enlongated soft palate. Genetic defects do not include cherry eye, breathing problems, skin allergies, or any other common health issue of that nature. (*Hip Dysplasia guarantee will be null and void if puppy has been kept tied up outside or otherwise subjected to abuse.*) Our bulldogs are very well cared for and have never had any serious health problems, nor would we breed one that ever did. Our bulldogs do not have allergies or breathing problems, but some bullies certainly do. Our bulldogs have been vet checked, wormed, and are up to date on their shots. Our bulldogs are AKC registered and come to you with an AKC application for you to complete.
You agree to care for your bulldog by providing a loving home, proper nourishment, regular vaccines, heartworm preventive, and flea control. If, at any time, you are unable to provide all of the above for your bulldog, we will gladly accept him/her back into our care.
We are not a puppy mill and do not have puppies available at all times. If your puppy is found to have a legitimate genetic defect, upon return of the puppy and a second opinion by our vet, you may choose to replace the puppy with one that is the same gender and of equal value, if available, or we may refund your purchase price. There will be no refund of any shipping fees or veterinary fees, unless specified in a seperate agreement, in writing, and signed by all parties.
